Obituary for Charles C. "CC" Roush Jr.

Charles C. Roush Jr. (CC) went to be with his maker and mother on November 8th, 2017. Like his mother, he was a relentless supporter of the ones he felt needed a hand for any reason. He loved his animals and loved his home on the mountain. CC followed in his fathers’ footsteps when it came to his love and understanding of mechanics and was an excellent auto mechanic. His father always delighted in his skills. He was a self taught carpenter and enjoyed building his beautiful home overlooking his favorite spot in the Back Creek Valley. CC was a history buff and was particularly interested in researching his family lineage. He loved to hunt and be out in the brisk fresh air cutting wood or walking his land. He had no desire to be anywhere else.

He is predeceased by his loving mother, Nelda M Roush, and his Aunts Francis E.Comer and Betty Kline Porterfield. In addition to his father, Charles C Roush Sr, he is survived by his step daughter, Cristal Cain---- (Josh), his beloved Uncle, John W Small (Julia) of whom he had a wonderful close relationship. Aunt, Gail Petrucci in Lakeland, FL and Aunt Doris Durham from Silver Springs, MD. Two sisters, Teri Roush Bingaman (Bruce) and Coni Lynne Roush, that adored him and will always remember him as their baby brother. One nephew, Jamie Scott Hensler, and his great niece, Cassandra Brooke Hensler and many other nieces, nephews and cousins.

Service will be private. Memorial will be held in the newness of springtime at his favorite spot on his mountain by his creek bed, to celebrate his glorious new life with God
