Obituary for Charlotte Henrietta Griffith (Walker)

Charlotte Henrietta Walker Griffith, 69, of Martinsburg, passed away on Friday, December 2, 2016 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.

Born October 1, 1947 in Huntington, Long Island, NY, she was the daughter of Constance Deloris (Carioli) Walker and the late Joseph P. Walker.

She was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Charles H. Griffith; three sons, Carl J. Griffith of Frederick, MD, Blandon R. Griffith of Martinsburg and Darren P. Griffith and wife, Erin, of Poolesville, MD; and grandson, Noah James Griffith.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at St. Leo Catholic Church, 2109 Sulphur Springs Road, Inwood, WV with Father Alfred Obiudu, celebrant.

Interment prayers will be said in St. Leo Cemetery.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in memory of Charlotte Walker Griffith to American Cancer Society 122 South High Street, Morgantown, WV 26501, or online at www.cancer.org.
