Constance “Connie” Faith Roach, 73, of Martinsburg, passed away on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born October 27, 1943 in Williamsport, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe John Green and June Evelyn (Turner) Green.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Catholic Daughters.
She was employed by Corning Glass as a kiln operator. She had been a member of the Moose Lodge in Martinsburg and Cancer Society.
Connie is survived by; two daughters, Kimberly Paige Peters of Miami, Florida, Leslie Susan Cooper of Bunker Hill; two step-daughters Sharon L. Hagan of Aiken, SC, Karen L. Collis of Inwood; stepson, Michael Edward Roach of LeGrange, Georgia; thirteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; four brothers, Charles Green of Downsville, Maryland, Gilbert Green of Boonsboro, Maryland, Jerry Green of Hagerstown, Maryland, Ronnie Green of Smithfield, VA; and three sisters, Loretta Kuchnia of Raleigh, NC, Roberta Moyer of Conway, SC and Terry Wigfield of Hagerstown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Roach; two sons, John Thomas Roach, Jr. and William Fitzgerald Roach; a brother, John Gilroy; and sister, Joyce Easterday.
Family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Brown Funeral Home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Eric Hall, celebrant.
Graveside prayers will be said at Rosedale Cemetery.
