George “Buck” Nelson Kilmer, 77, of Martinsburg passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021 at Berkeley Medical Center. Born February 25, 1944 in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late George Mercer Kilmer, Jr., and Nell Louise (Rentch) Kilmer.
